Adventure Date: October 14, 2019
The day started with the OFM doing three loops of the campground including down to the park entrance and back. Lots of hill climbing involved in that walking. I believe it was one loop too many from the conversations with the knee team. Tomorrow will be a lighter workout for sure.
Brian got here and we started the jaw flapping and it lasted for several hours. We covered the easy trails and the mean trail up the mountains.
Then we went into the museum for him to see the exhibits.
It was a fun day for him and the OFM. Visiting with old friends can be a wonderful way of trying to have tooooo much fun.
