What a nice peaceful day it was! Folks out and about on the trails, golf course, stores and in the campground were friendly and conservation oriented. Nothing particularly exciting happened. It was a generally all around pleasant day.
On the trail this morning even the egret was cooperative to getting its picture taken.
A lot of nice conversations about who is going, when they are going and where are they going. That sentence brings to mind that the campground we tried to contact at Rockport has not returned our call. After the first call we have twice left them a message to call us to confirm if we have a reservation or not.
In the mean time we will sleep really well tonight so we will be ready to have another go at trying to have tooooo much fun.
