Another nice day of walking in reasonable conditions but just a tad warm. The OFM was taking it easy today on his hip joints hoping they would get better soon. The walk was slower and only two miles and sure enough by late evening the pains were significantly diminished. We really wish we had an idea of the cause of the difficulty so we could NOT do that again.
It made for a slow day and a few gentle conversations with campers in the campground. Even the trip to BK for lunch went gently. But this evening the hips seem to be working decently so it must have been that OLD AGE thing again. We guarantee you in our world 78 is a lot older than 77 was.
So we will rest more tonight in order to be in better shape tomorrow for creating mischief for fun.
Good Night.
Your diagnosis is correct, but the experts all say to keep moving, otherwise it is like rust in a hinge. If you sit for too long the rust disappears and you have Bone on Bone which is worse.
ReplyDeleteBe Safe and Enjoy having tooooo much fun.
It's about time.
Just finished my third half mile easy walk and am feeling like I am recovering well.
