Around The Golf Course Walk We Went

 

ADVENTURE LOCATION:

The general trail route from the Castle around the golf course perimeter road from start at home and back to home is about three miles. This morning the OFM felt frisky so we took the whole route on with cool air to cool us down. It was great walking weather.

Here is a pic of the first part of the route.

A fair number of folks were out and about so lots of howdies and good mornings were heard on the trail. It has been a while since we have heard so many happy sounding folks in the morning.

At one point we grabbed a picture of a couple named Susan and Jim who are in their early eighties and very friendly. They are nice to visit during an early morning walk.

Some where along the walk was this stump from a big wind downing a large tree. We thought the stump reminds us of a castle on top of a mountain. What do you think?

Over all it was a great walk to enjoy the whole way.

Late this evening the OFM had some nice visits with folks down the road from us. That made the day wonderful to visit with nice folks in the evening. Now we need to have that good of a nights sleep. Good night.
