Alabama Here They Come

After breakfast with the friends in Aransas Pass the Teams headed back to Rockport to get the Christmas presents shipped. Rockport Mail Center always does a great job of packing the presents for shipping. The load of presents were carefully packaged and the paperwork done. 

The credit card strained over the load added to it. BUT the presents are on the way to Alabama and due in at the grandkids home on Wednesday. That will give them plenty of guessing time as to what silly things did grandpa send.

The OFM made it back to the harbor and fished for about an hour with no bites at all.  Then the OFM realized the stress of getting the packages off to Alabama in time was gone. He decided to head to the Castle and take a short nap to celebrate. It turned into 1.5 hours of celebration.

When he came too, it was time to check the new refrigerator. It had been getting ice in a weird place in the freezer. After talking with the installer, the seals on the door were stretched and flexed a LITTLE bit in case a mold mark or something was keeping the seal from happening.

The OFM had done the handy work on the seals earlier and found that the funny location for ice was now clear of frost/ice. We are going to keep a close watch on the seals performance for a few days to ensure that it is corrected now.

We need to be certain that all the Team members are in good operating shape in case we leave here this month.

The campground owner left for India and a big wedding today. He left one camper in charge while he is gone. His partner will stop in now and then to make sure every thing is going ok.

In the mean time the OFM is trying to make up his mind about where to roll dem wheels to for trying to have tooooo much fun.
