We got in a nice walk this morning while it was not hot. As we started out to walk along the river path this was where the campground opened up to the trail complex in this area. We thought it was a nice scene.
From here we headed out along the road next to the golf course and every picture we took was into the sun and had too much glare to be legible. After getting along the road a ways we turned back onto the gravel river path and got this nice picture of the reasonable temperature along the river on the left among these trees.
By the time we got back to the Castle it was getting hot so we shut down on the walking even though we only had in about two miles.
For lunch we had another Lawlers salad with red sauce and pulled shredded pork and it was really excellent.
However the afternoon was spent mostly in bed aching with pains just like mild concussion pains. They eventually eased off. Our guess is we somewhere along the trails pushed hard and gave us a little relapse. We will be much more careful in the future. While entering tonight's grand wonderful literature to be the blog, the OFM is feeling decent again.
Tomorrow will be an interesting day at grandkid land for trying to have tooooo much fun.
