There was a little surprise waiting for the OFM Teams when we got to the Salt Water Pool this morning. The tide was extra high and the water level had run up into the grassy picnic area. We had no idea the tide was supposed to be high today.

We got in some walking around the area but the OFM feet were hurting so we cut the walk short. When we got back to the Castle the OFM dug out some more sole liners to help his feet. Tomorrow we will give them a try.

While meandering around we found one plant with red flowers.  We remember it as a Turks Cap but if that is wrong please lets us know the real name.

We have another coloring book cactus ready to show.  It took forever it seemed but the finished product is not too bad we think.

It seemed that lots of tourists came to town this weekend because most of the waterfront was CROWDED until late afternoon. Some of the crowd seemed to be winter Texans finally arriving from the frozen north.  They are welcome and usually bring some funny stories with them. Many times visiting with the winter Texans is a good way of trying to have tooooo much fun.
