Attack Ready

Adventure Location: Decatur, Alabama

It was another short bike ride this morning. The leg muscles started whimpering before we made three miles so it was back to the Castle with a total of a little over four miles. That is not much for a bike but for a second day effort we were not surprised. It will get better..

Last night we had an unusual sunset.  It was more like a western sunset than the normal very mild sunsets from our skies here.

Later in the day when the OFM took a break from the indoor activity, we had the opportunity to photograph some wild life. The critter ran away twice but it came back to the same spot each time. This is the best picture of the three attempted. That critter looks ready to launch a dreadful attack doesn’t it.

That indoor activity mentioned above is the starting of another painting. This time the painting will be straight watercolor from the half pans to the paper. No help like watercolor pencils or regular colored pencils will be allowed. We are really wondering how it will all work out.

As we have said many times before just attempting new things is a great way of trying to have tooooo much fun.
