Squealing Children

The morning walk went well but a little long at 4.1 miles. Spring is springing all over this area. Here is some fresh buds we found on the morning walk.

Later in the walk there were many trees budded out in white flowers. This example picture we took shows how thick the flowers are.

The rest of the day has been absolutely wonderful cool weather and bright sunshine. In fact the OFM walked over to the office to check if any sites were open for a monthly stay. NOPE.

The main activity today was income tax mess. Then we ran out of printer paper and a shopping trip was taken. That resulted in a side trip to Lawler's BBQ for a lunch salad with a slab of bar b qued chicken on top of it. Yep it was delicious and even better when the second half was eaten for supper.

The loop we are camped in got a lot fuller this afternoon when a local family had a bunch of relatives and friends fill up several of the adjacent campsites near the Castle. So for the next couple of days we will be entertained by the wonderful sound of children trying to have tooooo much fun.
