Stormy Weather

Adventure Location: Decatur, Alabama

Morning arrived gray and with weather warnings for severe thunder storms. The early part of the morning was gentle minor sprinkles. Then the storms hit with a vengeance. When it was over the drainage ditches were running full. A large tree over on the golf course was snapped into two pieces.  Lots of good size and smaller limbs detached from the trees and found themselves a way to the ground. Occasionally they bounced off things that folks did not want them to bounce against.

For the most part the OFM Teams just holed up in the Castle and let it roar outside. It did give the OFM some time to play first grader and color some more paper. Here is where we are at for the second showing of the painting being presented as steps develop.

Tomorrow is supposed to be more rain. These storms make it more difficult try to have tooooo much fun.
