The LED on the clock turned to 0500 and the OFM's eyes flew open and he hopped out of bed ready to go. Sure enough by 0645 he had finished breakfast and done the dishes while he also took care of washing and drying the laundry AND putting it all away. WOW. That was amazing.

We lost track of when exactly when and what happened the rest of the day but along the way he got his golf clubs back in order and ready to play when the course next door is available. They are very good Callaway clubs that are old like him. He used them for a couple of rounds two years ago and then was injured most of last year from the fall while buying gasoline in March of 2020. He did not get to use them at all last year but there is hope for this year. So now we will be on the watch for a lessor crowded time at the course.

This afternoon we made a stop at Hobby Lobby and noticed a rack of adult coloring books for sale. The Cactus coloring book we got in Del Rio over a year ago has been a lot of fun. Looking at the Hobby Lobby books gave us the idea of checking through the Internet to see what else is available.

Well wouldn't you know it we stumbled on a few videos of how to use the art supplies to best color the adult coloring books. Naturally there was a lot of the coloring books available to order. There were several that looked like they might be fun. So now we have even more stuff to do and we think it is great. No chance for boredom to attack the The OFM Teams is there.

Between coloring, walking, taking pictures of the upcoming flower boom, visiting grand-kids, golf we think we have a good chance of trying to have tooooo much fun.

  3. Yep! Seventy-five pounds is a big boy to be lifting.
It's always kinda sad when little boys are too heavy for picking up.
I liked yesterday's artwork. Nice job!!
