Today was spent visiting other campgrounds and getting pricing on them. The only consistent thing we found is that all the campground owners think all RV folks just won a big lottery pay out. That pretty well sums up the day of trying to figure out where to stay if we come back to Rockport next fall for trying to have tooooo much fun.
Rising Campground fees are why we decided to go "Off the Grid" and boondock in the desert. You pay the seasonal fee and have access to Water, Waste Disposal along with Trash Disposal. Saving money while having tooooo much fun should be high on your list.

It's about time.
By going to Falcon County Park near Roma Tx where I was, you get all that and a shower and restroom, one for men one for women at a cost of FREE with a time limit of the rest of your life.
