We had a bit cooler temperatures this morning so the walk was longer and much more pleasant. Most of the day was spent in the Castle staying out of the way of the crowds and drunks. Surprisingly the golf cart pilots have been decently courteous today.
Some where in the middle of the day the OFM remembered it was change the header picture day. So another painting was used to fill the empty space at the head of the blog. It is appropriately named for a fire works day like the Fourth of July.
A bit before dark the OFM went down to check the crowd level in the park area. Sure enough it was filling fast. The fireworks show is planned to be staged in the direction the picture was taken and behind the crowds. We will be back inside the Castle for that event.
As for the OFM, he has spent the day playing like he is an artist. He's not. But it is a good way for a decrepit elderly man to try to have tooooo much fun.
I very much like the new header. You've got a certain style!! Distinctive, and always great composition in your work. So decrepit and elderly is not really relevant....(except for how you feel, haha).
