A fuzzy headed OFM awoke this morning after long hours yesterday trying to understand the Tax forms. After breakfast we headed down to the beach park to gain thinking ability to finish the tax mess. Now how is this for a picture to keep you disoriented. Where is the horizon?

With a fuzzy start to the day like this, the taxes should be an interesting endeavor. And they were. However the OFM finished his best guess a bit before noon. Considering that SSA is our only significant income, taxes should be easy we would think. Any way the forms went into the mail and the Teams went fishing. The really calm conditions lasted the whole day. It was amazing.

This is a big weekend here in town. It starts Spring Break with the Fulton Oyster Festival opening tomorrow. The OFM Teams plan to hide out somewhere the whole weekend. The area maintenance folks have been sprucing up the beach park for the influx of folks.

We had lots of folks ask us questions today as the OFM fished. They were already in town for the big events and were wanting to know all sorts of interesting answers to questions like What lure do I need to catch record size large mouth bass at the beach? When the OFM answered that the beach water is salt water from the Gulf of Mexico and does not have freshwater fish, they looked at him like he just grew five more heads with toe nails for eyelids. And so the fun begins.

Late in the evening we headed out to Aransas Pass and a nice pinkish sunset entertained us.

We don’t get many wild sunsets like the west so we really enjoy it when we do get a nice one. It was an interesting day of trying to have tooooo much fun especially with all the extra heads flopping around on the OFM’s shoulders.
