The OFM body progressed from not so good to decent as the day went along. This evening he even made a gentle walk in the pleasant moderate temperatures. It was slow for sure but he did a mile and a half and it was enough.
Along the way he got a nice photo of a tree and the moon cooperating to make a nice picture. This was taken from the entrance road to the campground.
Nearby we noticed all the heat is starting to take a toll on some of the trees leaves. Check out the dried edges on the limbs of this tree.
We are hoping that the heat does not kill the trees. That would be a big mess.
And the last picture is of two bikes that rolled in late in the evening. The two young men riders are from Germany. They flew in to Seattle from Germany with their bikes. The final destination is the Florida Keys and then fly back to Germany. That is an adventure they will remember for the rest of their lives.
As far as the back goes, the OFM says it will be a careful few more days until he is certain it is ready for full action. Then he can go full power into trying to have tooooo much fun at the party Saturday.
