As we were warned, the shingles vaccination has barely won the battles of the first 24 hours. However the OFM Teams are a resilient group so tomorrow will be a battle royal of the highest order. However this is not the best way ever of trying to have tooooo much fun.

DeleteGreat color choices again. Geez. Years ago I had the old fashioned shingles shot. Didn't do a thing.
ReplyDeleteI've had minor episodes since then, so haven't gone for the new shot.....didn't know it could lay you
low. Of course, even growing up I heard that if something was good for you, it might be a bit painful for a little while. I always thought that notion could bear examination. But the second Moderna did me in for a day, and I'm not sorry I did it...
As for NM, if you're not going until late mid-late August, you might find the weather improving. The southern parts can be beastly hot in the summer. And, as the boondork has laughed when I pointed it out, it's "dry heat."
