Either they are putting Sierra on the back burner because they have higher priced jobs coming in, or they don't know what they are doing. Might be worth contacting the Better Business Bureau or a Lawyer.

Always pay for something like this with your best CC. Nothing gets their attention like a chargeback notice from the CC company, or even just the threat of one. If you are going to be making the campground sort of your home base for the future, probably time to start looking for a new repair place to.
