Sorry folks but the OFM has a bad lower back muscle pulled and miserable. He is eating Ibuprofen like it was chocolate candy and moaning and groaning. None of the team members can recall any sort of injury from falls, slips or any other oops. So he is heading for rest time on his bed. Good Night.
Sorry about that, Barney. Surely back pain is right up there with the worst hurt. One of the most frustrating "side effects" of this getting old business is the unexplained, out of the blue, pains. Thank goodness they are often relatively short-lived. I hope you wake up feeling great tomorrow morning!
