ROUGH DAY

 MADISON, AL.

Today was weird. It started out with an early morning attack of dementia symptoms  that lasted until well after lunch. Even though I finished the thirty minute walk in spite of the attack I was a wreck for accomplishing anything. When I went over to the therapy room, my therapy person, Allison, chose the right treatment for me and things got a lot better very quickly. So the rest of the day has been good recovery time for the old fat man. I did find out my new kitchen windup alarm timer works very well to wake me from naps to get on to what I needed to be doing. So it was a decent day in the end. Good night.

  1. Sorry to hear you had a rough day, Barney, but I was wondering what your therapy person, Allison, do as a treatment that worked so well?

    1. It is basically playing different games/ puzzles etc. that use different parts of my brain so all my brain gets flexed. Basically like a good physical exercise program for the body muscles.

  2. Glad Allison was able to get you feeling better. A therapist taught my mom some head movements to help her with vertigo issues. It helped a lot. Hope you have a good day today, Barney. It's a little rainy here this morning.
