We we need a dentist now and not being allowed to drive is really inconvenient. Online we found a highly recommended dentist a long but very walkable distance away. 1.5 miles. So now I need to recruit a car and driver for a dentist visit or two. We will see how this works out.
Most assisted living facilities have transportation available for medical appointments, at least here in California.

ReplyDeleteIs there a taxi service in town, or Uber / Lyft available? My friend had to stop driving and now relies on taxi service, but he lives in a fairly large town.
