Sneaky Ready To Sale

Flour Bluff, Texas

The OFM let his eyes overload his body last summer. Sneaky is a fine yak of great lineage, but too heavy for my abilities now days. After the laundry and grocery shopping, the hard decision was made to put Sneaky up for sale in the fishing fourms, TexasKayakFisherman.com and TexasFlats.net. If you want to learn about southern fishing, these are the best resources in this area. Mr. Sneaky needs someone who can take it out to play like it was designed to do.

After trying to figure out ways to safely load Sneaky on the Truck for six months, it was time to give in to old age and move on. After Sneaky goes to a new home, it might be interesting to find out what this old fat man does in the name of trying to have tooooo much fun. TheOFM.

  1. I'm sad to read this post, Barney. At first I thought it was a typo in the title. There's always the Pack canoe option...

  2. Hi Barney,

Have you ever thought of getting an inflatable kayak? You can check them out at http://InflatableBoats4Less.com

  3. Yep. Bob Angel of Mobile Studio Travels in my Links I Like section is a major friend of inflatables.

  4. I read in a previous post about the roof rack you installed on the cap of your truck for the kayak. I'm interested in what brand/model of rack it is and if you would buy the same one again. Thanks. Gerry

  5. Gerry, I have been using Yakima for years with excellent results. A friend has been using Thule for the same time with the same results. I like the round bars, he likes the rectangular bars. Neither are cheap.
