Lazy Bum Day

Sinton, Texas
Welder RV Park

The wind pretty well blew us to pieces today. The same starting line as yesterday. Not much happened. Two screws were reinstalled in the dinette seat. Wow three minutes to complete. Around eleven a drive to Rockport to get out of the house was done. The China A Buffet was utilized for lunch. Very adequate is you like salty food.

Later a long walk around this park was taken that lasted a little over an hour. A search for the alligators in the lake was made. There was not any evidence of the alligators that lived in the lake the last time Comfort Castle was here.

During the walk on the wild part of the trail, something big was moving through the brush. Careful attention was paid to the noise. A couple of minutes later a LARGE feral hog bounded out of the trees and down along the fence line headed for the golf course.

Probably the biggest highlight of the day was an hour nap that left me the most rested of the last few days. Night time sleeping has not been restful for several days. WHY? I have no idea. The park is very quiet at night, usually dead by nine. And no noise before eight am.

Maybe tomorrow will have some good adventure while trying to have tooooo much fun. TheOFM.
