Lots of visiting done today. This evening was with old friend Charlie. Charlie builds and flies RC model airplanes. There are other fliers as good as Charlie. He is the best in the universe for teaching others to fly. Having watched him teach for over thirty years, I have seen the evidence that I am correct. He is among the very best at recovering an airplane in dire trouble when the student in sheer panic gives up and tells him to "TAKE IT". He has recovered planes from unbelievable situations as if it was nothing. Here is Charlie in his new shop with with his grand daughter. She is a pretty special person in her on right. The medical equipment on her is not from getting mixed up in Charlie's equipment. She had a serious bicycle accident and is very fortunate that she is going to recover quickly. Earlier I went to lunch with old friends George and Glenn. This is Glenn at his finest. He is a CAD guru deluxe doubled.
We had a great lunch and ran into an old friend Louis Gantz the head man of the Deer Park Texas golf course. After solving many important problems at this POWER lunch, We headed back for the fellows to get back to work while I went off to wait for my new golf club.
The club finally arrived and it is a cannot miss, always straight to the flag Callaway hybrid 3H club. Of course I expect to drop my scores so much that Tiger has to get worried about me coming after him. Yea right!!!
In the morning starts the long trek to north Alabama to see my son for Father's Day. Certainly there will be some events along the way to cause me to have tooooo much fun. The OFM
